Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Green Rx Pharma reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed over $10000.00 ( USD ) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our customer care department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
We accept a wide range of payment methods. Currently, we accept orders by following payment methods

Credit Card information Safety
We offer the safest possible credit card payment. Credit card security is an extremely important issue when shopping online, and many customers are concerned about entering their card details on websites they have not used before. We do not store any credit card details whatsoever.
In fact, when you pay by credit card we don’t even see the credit card details that you enter. Encrypted Credit Card details are posted directly to the payment server. We receive an immediate automatic response to confirm that the payment has been approved. When your order details are then stored in our system we simply record that the payment has been approved it’s not necessary for us to store any of your credit card details. This offers you the highest possible security when ordering online with your credit card.
PAYMENT PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 4 business days (Depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER ACTIVITY FOR ORDERS PLACED BY CREDIT CARD
(i) using a third-party credit card without cardholders consent
(ii) Placing an order with a different cardholder
(iii) Providing a credit card with insufficient fund than your order value
(iv) providing false contact information
(v) Using an expired credit card
(vi) Using proxy, VPN, anonymous proxy for altering the IP address
If an order is placed with the unaccepted activity we will reject the order and we will not accept any further order from the customer
SECURITY CHECK OF A ORDER
All orders placed on Healthmartpharma.com by Credit Card or Debit Card are subject to security checks. The security checks are intended to ensure the safety and security of your financial information and prevent unauthorized use of your credit or debit card. Pharmacy Payment
Our Order security check protects both customers and online shops against credit card frauds and other malevolent activities. We Perform All possible methods to confirm if an order is authentic. We also look up customer details in a global chargeback abuser database. In this way, a fraudster and chargeback abuser identified in one store will be known by all stores
If we are unable to verify the payment, we will cancel your order and send you a notification by email that the order could not be completed. To further ensure security and privacy, these emails do not include details of why the order was not completed.
Refund Policy
All orders are guaranteed to arrive at you in satisfactory condition. If your order does not arrive within 30 days please contact us and a replacement order will be shipped to you at no charge. If the second shipment is not delivered on time, we may offer to send it to another mail service. If the second shipment fails to reach you then your payment will be refunded to you.
However, your order we’ll not be totally refunded as $25 will be deducted as Transaction Cancellation and Refund Fee, which is exactly what the credit cards payment processing system charges us for every refund. Pharmacy Payment
The refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days. We process a refund requests within the next 12 hours from the time refund is requested. Please note, this period doesn’t depend on our service, it only depends on your Bank rules.
